Black w/ Flames 1932 Ford Roadster 1958 Chrysler 392 Hemi Firepower V8 Ford Top

Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this unique 1932 Ford Roadster.

According to the owner, this car is a documented historic drag car known as “The Mule”. Since its racing days it has been rebuilt and repainted. Now sporting a gloss black paint job with flames and a black soft top, this hotrod turns heads as it cruises by. The paint is sprayed over a Henry Ford body, frame, and grille according to the owner.

Powering this little beast is a 1958 Chrysler 392 Hemi Firepower V8 engine that is mated to a Ford top loader 4-speed manual transmission. Sitting on the top of this rare Hemi is a 671 Dyer blower with dual quick fuel carburetors, this little roadster packs some muscle.

The interior in this piece of Ford and American Hotrod history has been redone with black vinyl seats, a tilt steering wheel, and black carpeting.

The owner claims that they recently refreshed the brake lines, fuel lines, tires, cooling system, fuel cell in the trunk, and gauges.

If you are looking for a time capsule of racing history, this 1932 Ford Roadster could be the car for you.
